Electric propulsion for gliders
Mutual cooperation of MGM COMPRO and the new Russian partner brings a very interesting way of rebuilding the glider into an electric version based on the electric propulsion to give thrust to the glider.
Russians are very popular for their original inventions and one of the MGM COMPRO projects proves this on 100 %.
The main idea of Mr. Antonov (our partner) was to use two 71cm propellers, both based on the electric propulsion to give thrust to the glider.
The task for MGM COMPRO was to come with an appropriate solution in about 2 months, quite challenging task, but we made it!
